Megan Dolan (MS student)
I first completed my undergraduate degree with a major in Biology and a minor in Computer Science from Illinois Wesleyan University. As an undergrad student, I worked on the discovery and annotation of novel bacteriophages found within soil samples. Furthermore, I developed two open-sourced database softwares, which aid in storing information pertaining to student’s bacteriophage discoveries.
Graduate Research
I am currently a Master’s student here at Washington State University School of Biological Sciences in Dr. Cornejo’s lab. My major project pertains to the classification and characterization of the T. cacao microbiome among and across populations.
